Cancellation Policy

It is important to note that there may be instances where we are unable to accept orders, which may lead to the cancellation of such orders. Tykhe Healthcare Pvt Ltd & Advanced Pakiza Unani Pune LLP reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and for specific reasons. Such reasons may include limitations on the quantities available for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications before accepting an order. If any part of your order is cancelled, we will promptly notify you.

 

Orders made using the cash payment mode will be cancelled if the cash is not received within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. Similarly, orders made using the cheque payment mode will be cancelled if the cheque is not deposited or if notice is not provided to us within 48 hours from the time the order was placed.

 

If you, as a customer, wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the item has been shipped, and we will refund the entire amount. If you decide to cancel the order after the product has been shipped, please contact our customer support team to inform them that you have not received the item. We will replace the product only if there are defects with the item.
