07 -Day Return Window: You can return your product for up to 07 days from the date of purchase. After 07 days, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging.

 

Partial Refunds: There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted on our part. These include if the product has obvious signs of use, is not in its original condition, or if it is returned more than 07 days after delivery.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment within 07 days.

 

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and we will provide you with the address to return the product, after receiving the product we will initiate a refund within 07 days.
